We would just like to express our thanks for the most amazing weekend we had with you on Saturday 1st October. Our stay with you from beginning to end was perfect, every member of staff we came in to contact with were excellent we are sure the owners are very proud. We were lucky to sample your Fashionista Afternoon Tea which was lovely. We also stayed in the Darwin room which was gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have lovely weather and even when we sat in the garden with our drinks a member of staff came out with candles to make our evening more enjoyable. We then checked to see if we could dine in your steak cellar so the restaurant manager was sent to us to help she explained how busy they were but to check back with her later which we did and she kindly got us a table for two in the cellar. The meal was lovely and ended our day perfectly. Breakfast was also lovely and we felt no rush to go home and relaxed a little longer in the lounge and the garden. We were made to feel very welcome. I spoke to the owner briefly who was arranging an 80th birthday party but still found time to check I was comfortable in the lounge and sent a member of staff in to put me some music on how thoughtful. The main reason for these comments is to say that usually when booking hotels over the internet we have been very disappointed but not with you. We stayed with Netherstowe House as a really special treat and everything is so lovely. We will definitely visit again because each and everyone of you made us feel so special. Thank you again we will definitely tell everyone how wonderful Netherstowe is, A VERY SPECIAL PLACE WITH AMAZING SERVICE.

It has been a pleasure to spend so much time at Netherstowe House and pretty much staying in most of the rooms. We love the difference between the house rooms and the apartments; the whole thing wouldn’t work without all of you. When I’ve been on my own I’ve felt comfortable and at home. When we’ve been together its been equally easy and relaxing . The standards you all set are great and you should be proud of that achievement.
