The restaurant serves modern British cuisine with an emphasis on the finest fresh seasonal produce beautifully presented without unnecessary fuss.

The Hotel includes a fine dining restaurant and a private dining room, each with its own character and style as well as the bar and lounge area. Tables are reserved for the entire evening. Every table has fresh flowers, candles at night, crisp white linen, fine china and gleaming silver.

Head Chef Tim Barker brings a wide range of culinary expertise having worked at Swinfen Hall Hotel, the Inn in Woburn and Langan's in Mayfair.

The wine list features popular vintages from France, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Argentina and Chile. These are selected and updated on a monthly basis.
