Just a short note to thank you and all of the staff for the work and effort put into my birthday lunch last Saturday. The food was wonderful as was the venue, and I loved the dining room set-up. All of my guests commented on how helpful and attentive the staff were and particularly impressed by the meet and greet. Our apartment was very comfortable and spacious and quite luxurious. Of course the icing on the cake was the weather and we were able to take advantage and sit in the garden, again looked after by attentive staff. Everyone made it such a wonderful and enjoyable day and I have no hesitation in recommending your hotel to anyone. You will certainly see us again in the not too distant future. I would like to convey my most sincere thanks to you and all of your colleagues who looked after my party so well on Saturday night. Everything was just perfect, the food, ambience, service and attention to detail were all second to none. The table layout was exactly as I had wished and the girls provided us with a quality of service in a most pleasant, professional manner which would not have been bettered in any Michelin rated restaurant, and I can assure you my wife and I have experienced a number of them. Our guests were all delighted with the evening and I am sure you will have gained a number of new future diners as a consequence. We leave for a few weeks in the sun tomorrow and will certainly be visiting Netherstowe House again on our return. In the meanwhile please pass our thanks and best wishes to all concerned.
